I get redirected to this:

And did you enable JavaScript ?
Are live.com/hotmail.com allowed?
Is wlxrs.com allowed?
(Likely all are needed.)

What version of NoScript are you running?
As a test, if you create a new, clean Profile, & only install NoScript, are you able to log in?
