Can't get Flashgot to work

I have this video that I guess isn't recognized by Flashgot. Can someone tell me a program that would be able to download this video? Thanks.

Thanks. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I could not get Net Transport to download it. Tried looking at other programs but they were way too complicated. Ended up using the Firefox DownloadHelper and screen capture. Worked out well, not perfect, but good enough since i only needed a part of the video.

Perhaps I should have mentioned, that in Net Transport you need to go to the 'URL Sniffer' tab, click Start, & once you see the link pop in, highlight it, then click 'Download...". (You'd want to start the Sniffer before the content starts to load.)

(Couldn't believe that thing was 500 MB, & it wasn't even porn . I look up & my computer is complaining that I'm out of space on my drive!)
