NoScript reloads every Tab

I'm not sure if this is a general NoScript problem of if it's connected to another plugin:
Every time when I change the limitations of the current site, NoScript reloads not only this tab but all tabs of the current window!
This takes a lot of time and can interrupt processes in the tabs.
What could be the reason?
