about:data, Data Manager (a [not so stellar] central access point to Cookies, Content Preferences, Permissions, Form Data)
about:data (Tools | Data Manager) brings up SeaMonkey's "Data Manager", or if installed (as an extension) in FF, Tahoe Data Manager.
Does, should it be Allowed? Permanently? Defaulted? as is the case with various other "about:'s"?

Re: about:data Data Manager
Since it works anyway, no matter what the permissions are, because it has chrome privileges, it should be put in the "mandatory" list together with other (but not all) about: URLs.
