im using firefox 5, windows 7, latest version of noscript.
i was on a site which uses javascript to display youtube videos dynamically,
everything worked fine until i used other functionality of the site and it caused the page to reload (it shouldnt reload)
turning off placeholder icon solved the problem.
i tried the site on chrome browser with chrome's plugins-block turned on and everything thing worked fine and smoothly. chrome's placeholder looks better and dont cause lagging to the page

Is there a reason why you didn't mention the actual site in question and the other functionality which triggered the reload?
Both would make much easier figuring out what's going on...
