Firefox 4.0 NoScript Download attachments error

Problem with downloading attachments in Gmail (Firefox 4.0)
Since today (has worked just fine - always - up until today) downloading attachments from Gmail to my computer is not working.

I'm redirected to a new page with the error message: "This content cannot be displayed in a frame".
I can't go back to my inbox after that by hitting the back button in the browser, instead I have to type the URL.

With help från Gmail Support we discovered that NoScript (2.1.1.1) is the culprit in this case.

I disabled the addon and - viola - everything works just fine!
(I haven't done anything that can explain this from one day to another. I have not installed, changed or removed anything!)

Tried different versions (2.1.1.1 / 2.1.1 / 2.1.0.2) but none of them worked, all of them gave me the same error (above).

Thinking there might be some issue here?

Hopefully this can be resolved because Firefox without NoScript isn't really an option

What do you get in the messages section (blue) of your Tools>Error Console?
Also, how does your noscript.frameOptions.whitelist about:config preference look like?
Anyway, as a work-around you can turn your noscript.frameOptions.enabled about:config preference to false (it will probably be disabled on next release anyway for users of Firefox 4 and above, since now X-Frame-Options support is a built-in browser feature).

Tools Error Console - this one have been disabled throughout so I don't know what might have been stated there or how to retrieve any info about the errors (sorry about that)

I just started having this problem with Firefox 5.0 and NoScript 2.1.1.2

Same thing, in Gmail, when trying to download an attachment, I get that same message. When I saw that message, I opened the Error Console as you requested and got this message:

X-FRAME-OPTIONS: blocked http://mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com/attachment/u/0?ui={deprecated for privacy}

My noscript.frameOptions.whitelist looks like:

noscript.frameOptions.parentWhitelist;https://mail.google.com/*

I guess I can go ahead and use the work around, but will the changes to the about:config for NoScript be reset when the next build is updated?
