Marking Untrusted should not cause auto-reload

Marking a website that is currently not allowed to run as untrusted causes the page to reload if "Automatically reload … when permissions change" is checked. Since the permissions did not effectively change, the page should not reload.

It doesn't cause a reload for me. Could you provide explicit steps to reproduce?

Unfortunately I can not find where this happened or reproduce it. I remember it happening when I was playing a video and then marked an advertising site as untrusted. I shall continue to try to reproduce this.

I cannot reproduce this either as it should not and does not cause a reload. However, I can think of one possible condition under which this might occur and that might be the reason for your reload. If you have untrusted a portion of the site before and then allow a portion that is inclusive of that path, or vise versa, then it could potentially cause a reload on marking untrusted what has been previously allowed. I will try to come up with a test case to POC this but that would be the only reason I can think you would get a reload on marking untrusted, where a partial allowed is inclusive on the untrusted that is being marked and reload is needed to revoke the permissions.
