A small problem with video downloading

When i was using flashgot for firefox3 on firefox3, after clicking the video stream download button at the rightbottom corner of the browser, i would be able to download it and see a popup saying download is completed but when using flashgot for firefox5 on firefox5 i don't see any popups so i clicked the button in a speed of 5 apm and you know what happened. I OPEN MY DOWNLOAD MENU AND SEE HUUUUUUNDREDS OF DOWNLOADED FILES!
i.e. it does download, but not informing me that it has completed the download
i want to know what caused the problem and how to deal with it.
