Please add FDM Portable to Download managers. I think command line arguments are same. It need to set path (as WellGet).

NoScript does not use a command line interface to launch FDM, but the COM object which is installed by it (and is not available on FDM portable since no installation is carried on).
If you want to use FDM portable, you can create a custom download manager definition
