I wonder how they got there.
Looks to me like you accidentally copy-pasted too much when you added the white-list entries through the NoScript settings window. But I guess could be also a sign of some corruption of the data files where Firefox stores all the settings.
These entries shouldn't cause much harm but there is no reason to keep them.
