Throttling?

Is there any way to limit how many files it downloads at the same time? My DSL connection is slow and when trying to download multiple files from a page, it tries to download all of them at the same time, which lags out my connection and ends up disconnecting me altogether. I can only download 5 files at a time without losing connection but that means I have to highlight 5 at a time and checking 'FlashGot Selection'. This is a huge pain as there are over 4000 files on this page.

Any ideas on how to 'FlashGot All' but only having it keep a max of 5 downloads going at any one time?

You can easily achieve that by using FlashGot the way it was originally meant, i.e. as a bridge to a proper external download manager.
Two popular, free and open sourced choices are Free Download Manager and JDownloader, and both support connection/speed throttling, even at per-site level.

Not sure if a change to network.http.max-connections-per-server would work?
Obviously an external download manager would be the preferred route.
