flashgot 1.2.9.3 and Firefox 4.0.1, no download from temp

in previous versions of Firefox (mainly 3), and up till I upgraded to version 4, I had flashgot and I would download media files flawlessly using the "Browser Built in" option, capturing the file from the browser's temporary internet files folder instead of re-downloading the same file again.
Now, and every time I try to download any media file, it captures the media URL and attempts to download it AGAIN. I have looked at the options screen many times and I have changed all options to "Browser Built In", with no luck.
Any idea what I should do to fix this? Thanks!
