Today I reinstalled windows and I can not explain because I worked with wget FG.
Then I remembered that it was changed in the windows folder windows.0.
Do it is possible to use the system variables (% windir%) to avoid these problems?

Unfortunately not, Firefox cannot expand environment variables used in file paths.
