XSS Notifications

Are XSS Notifications supposed to notify?

Options | Notifications -> XSS is enabled, yet I get no notification (only in Error Console).

FAQ: also states "and you will get an extra "XSS" menu inside the NoScript contextual menu whenever an XSS attempt is detected", but I don't see that either?

(Ewh! The way FF4 displays [hover] links is horrendous. How do you put up with that? And I won't even ask how to get the NoScript icon on the bottom right, heh.)
