[Invalid] Flashgot won't Batch Download Links

Sorry if this has been posted before. I couldn't find it skimming the first page.
I recently had to reformat my PC, and with it, I installed Mozilla Firefox 4 as well as Flashget 1.9.6.1073 and the Flashgot Add-on. Before all this, whenever I highlighted a bunch of links, every single one of them came up in the Batch Download window.
However, now when I do the same, the very last link I highlight does not register in the batch. I have to highlight one extra line before it's picked up. Is this because of Firefox 4, or a faulty code in Flashgot?
