I've got the Latest Development Version getting pushed to another install of NS, but can't remember how we set it up and can't find the config setting to do the same on this install.
Please advise?

Just install one from http://noscript.net/getit#devel, and you will automatically subscribed to the beta channel for automatic development build updates.
