Nightly 6.0a1 (2011-04-22) Allow Doesn't Work

Running on Nightly as of (4/21) NoScript was functioning as usual and normally, however, with Nightly (4/22) when you allow a page, it will not respect it and it will still block the functionality of the page and the script.

Here is an example when you access the mycroft search page, which when you click on the link should work but it will come back and say that script is not working, while the site is whitelisted as you can see in this screenshot.

Ideas?

However it's working fine for me.
Can you check on a clean [url=http://kb..org/Profile]profile[/url] and/or perform [url=http://kb..org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Extension_issues]Standard Diagnostic[/url]?

Actually this was a clean profile, I use it for testing of NS, ABP and Ghostery and FB games and such, and with all gone except NS still was giving the same problem, however with the 4/24 nightly which I installed this morning it works fine, so maybe a glitch with the build that got resolved. Also this particular one is the x64 of Fx on an x64 machine which is not in normal release, so maybe another level of issues, not sure. I will keep an eye on it and let you know if something else comes up.
