No script list appreaing.

Hi,
I'm having a weird problem with no scipt that I've never had before. When I visit a page, the addon bar appears at the bottom of the browser as usual:
The problem is that when I click options, it doesn't come up with a list of the scripts to select an action from like it used to do, instead it has a little box with arrows in it. Clicking the up/down arrows doesn't seem to do anything either....Any ideas on how to fix it, I couldn't find any settings in options that seemed to resolve the issue...
