temporarily allow all this page refreshes ALL tabs
temporarily allow all this page refreshes ALL tabs
running the latest versions of firefox and noscript, when i select to temporarily allow all on the current tab, the page reloads, but so do all of the other open tabs, which can really be a problem if there are lots of tabs open. I can set the options to not automatically reload the page after a change, and do it manually, but the automatic setting reloads all open tabs, not just the current one or ones sharing the same domain.

Re: temporarily allow all this page refreshes ALL tabs
Are you saying that if you've got http://google.com and http://forums.informaction.com (this page) opened, and you use "Temporarily allow all this page" on the fourms.informaction.com tab the google.com tab reloads as well?
I can't reproduce.

Re: temporarily allow all this page refreshes ALL tabs
I realize this is thread is a bit old, but for future reference I believe this is what you need:
Toggle the noscript.autoreload.allTabs about:config preference to false. Another preference you may want to check is noscript.autoreload.global: if false, it disables automatic reloading when scripts get globally allowed.
Here's a list of all the reload-related noscript options:
noscript.autoReload
enables/disables autoreload for any action
noscript.autoReload.global
enables/disables autoreload for Allow scripts globally
noscript.autoReload.allTabs
if set to false, only the current tab is reloaded
noscript.autoReload.allTabsOnGlobal
if set to false (default), only the current tab is reloaded if you allow script globally
noscript.autoReload.allTabsOnPageAction
if set to false, only the current tab is reloaded when you use bulk permission change commands (e.g. Allow all on this page)

Re: temporarily allow all this page refreshes ALL tabs
Dear
I have had a problem lately on Firefox alpha 12 and 13 on the "list all tabs" display. The drop-down icon was missing. I traced that once a profile under Firefox was created (with a switch -no-remote -P) and installed Noscript v 2.3.4, the icon disappeared. I could not get it back.
Can you help?
Thanks.

Do you mean, the NoScript icon? In which case, see this.tony3052 wrote:Dear

Which is off-topic to this thread, so if I've misunderstood your problem, please forgive me, and try to explain exactly what is wrong, thanks.
If it isn't relevant to this topic, it would be better to start a new topic.
