I use JDownloader, but its not installed, so Flashgot is not able to detect it and I am not able to use it....
I it possible to configure Flashgot to ask me before submitting links to downloader so I can appl filters?

JDownloader should be automaticaaly detected even thought not installed, as long as it's running.
