NoScript causes scripts to fail in Firefox 4

I just installed FF4 and went to a page I visit frequently. It has a list of items to select and a checkbox "Select/deselect all."
I have whitelisted this site in NoScript, the NoScript icon is clear, but the "all" checkbox doesn't work and the FF4 web console shows undefined scripts.
I now select Allow Scripts Globally and reload. The console shows a different set of errors. I reload again and this time there are no errors and the checkbox works.
So to verify, I select Forbid Scripts Globally and reload. Sometimes the console shows errors immediately and the checkbox fails. Sometimes it works, but if I reload a second time, the errors are always there (undefined scripts) and the checkbox fails.
I can do this repeatedly and the same sequence occurs.
Unfortunately, this site (EBSCOhost) requires a login, so I cannot send you to the page.
It seems that I have encountered this before--sites that I have whitelisted and the NoScript icon is clear (no blocked scripts shown), but something still doesn't work and I have to turn on Allow Scripts Globally to make everything work.
However, this site was working for me with NoScript and FF3.
