Setting download location?

Hello,
I have been a long time user of FlashGot. However after a recent update (I think), FlashGot seems to save to the same download location no matter what I do. I am using Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS with Firefox 3.6.15 and FlashGot 1.2.8.4.

I have attempted to reinstall the flashgot extention. I have checked my about:config and reset the browser.download.dir to the default value. I have changed the download location under "Edit > Preferences > General". Nothing seems to stop FlashGot from saving in the first download location I specified (/media/shared). Searching about:config for /media/share yields no results.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Which download manager are you using FlashGot with? Firefox's built-in or something else?

Thanks for the quick reply Giorgio. I tried wget, gwget & the built in download manager - all of which were saving to the same location /media/shared. However, since my request for help I tried creating a new firefox profile and everything seems to be working correctly now! I suspect my last profile was corrupted maybe?

Likely.
