Youtube seems to have changed their webpage code so you don't need javascript anymore to watch videos. With the latest Noscript after unblocking the object then changing the permissions to reblock it no longer does it automatically, you need to press the reload button otherwise the video keeps playing. Reinstalled 2.0.7, which still works.
So far this was tested on FF 3.6.14 only.

Hi yes v2.0.7 I can confirm will still reblock objects automatically without having to press refresh.
Hopefully it's not intended behavior in the latest version since it would appear to override "Automatically reload affected pages when permissions change" from the General tab in options.
