Fx 3.6.14, NS 2.0.9.9rc6, new profile, noscript.ignorePorts=false, noscript.forbidIFramesContext=2, block iframes on trusted
  1. go to http://etherpad.mozilla.com:9000/testday-110304-addons
  2. in the menu you have one choice, to allow the full address with port, temp allow it
  3. problem 1: though the icon indicates that everything is allowed, it's actually not (the page is not functional), you have to temp allow mozilla.com (in another tab) and refresh, then this page will work
  4. once working the icon will be Image
  5. problem 2: open the NS menu and keep it open, after a second or two the icon changes to Image A few seconds after the menu is closed, the icon changes back.
  6. problem 3: in the blocked objects menu, <IFRAME>@ is used only on the first line, the other lines referring to the iframe are still using unknown@
  7. problem 4: in the blocked objects menu highlight any entry (first), then keep the cursor perfectly still for a sec, the selection highlight disappears. If you move the cursor a bit it will reappear, but will disappear again when stilled.

3. i allowed it from Recently blocked sites, but OK. then i had to manually refresh the page.

5. neat.

6. not really sure what i'm looking at, but OK.

7. i shake, so stay's solid for me ;-). i think it's a game; try & catch the highlight, but OK.

I can confirm what you've seen.

"Special" port management, together with wholesale CAPS, has already been dropped in current experimental E10s development line (NSA/NoScript 3 for Firefox 4 Mobile/Firefox 7), so investigating and fixing this, albeit desirable, is not worth the effort for me.

External patches are welcome, though.
