This feature is not compatible with Firefox 4.
It will be replaced with transparent Sync support before Fx 4 final stable ships.

thanks for answering the transparent part is that with x-marks as ive tried Firefox sync and it forgot my passphrase luckly x-marks is still around and thanks
for such a great add-on
