How do I rip episodes from NBC.com

Hi,
I am running the latest version of FG on Firefox and I am able to rip flv streams from other sources and save them to my hard drive. However, I recently attempted to rip some NBC show episodes from NBC.com and the only thing I am getting is a frameworkshim.swf file. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong or how to rip specific episodes. Any suggestions appreciated.
