Dropbox's security policy

Dropbox employees aren't able to access user files, and when troubleshooting an account they only have access to file metadata (filenames, file sizes, etc., not the file contents)
My eyes just lit up after reading that.
My guess is that as long as sensitive files are kept in (password protected?) archives, you should be fine.
What do you guys think?

There has to be some level of trust in the cloud or when others have access to your data.
(What about you email messages
?)
If you need more security/privacy, then you do what you feel you need to do.
Password protected archive might be an option.

I use GPG, in any case im more concerned about dropbox than email because it involves more sensitive and important documents.
I mean, I hardly use email anymore. Only to chat with my elder relations, and phpbb post notifications
