HTTPS -> Force the... issue with xmarks.com

OS: WinXP SP3
Browser: FireFox 3.6.13

Ok, this one has me totally stumped.

If I enter *xmarks.com into https -> force, NoScript stops working. And by working I mean no instance of any https page can be logged into or functions properly.

In fact I have to delete the line and restart firefox before the browser will operate properly.

I have about 15 lines of code in https -> force and line by line, as you do!, added and restarted firefox until I stumbled on that one line.

To make sure it wasn't anything else I deleted all entries and entered only *xmarks.com, restarted firefox, and sure enough nothing works. I would enter a term into encrypted.google.com and the page will not reload with any search results.

I have tried it with versions 2.0.9.3 and 2.0.9.5, and both stop function correctly.

Does this make any, at all?!

This means that some parts of the xmarks.com website are explicitly forced (by their server administrator) not to use HTTPS, probably for performance reasons.
NoScript forces it, the site unforces back and so on until the loop is detected and the connection is dropped.
There's nothing we can do about it: either don't use it or bear it with broken HTTPS.
