Scroll all the way on the right?
It looks like a Firefox bug, though: notification bars should be anchored to chrome, not to content.

Yes, there is a bug in firefox.

This bug also there is in Firefox 3.6.
When filtered url is too long and form of url preview is moiety of firefox window, this bug will occurs.
