missing no-script button

Hello.

I just installed windows 7, 64 bit, and installed firefox. I installed, adblock plus, along with no-script. For whatever reason I can not get the no-script button to appear at the bottom. Most sites won't load at all with it installed, so I have to disable it. I don't get any options to allow anything on the blocked sites, no matter what I try. The icon is also not available from customize toolbar. This is the first time I've had any problems with this (I've been using firefox and no-script/ad block for years on multiple computers and OS's without any major problems.)

Thanks in advance.

that looks like an Add-Ons Manager corruption.

Could you try to follow the steps outlined in this article?

Also, if you've got Firefox extensions called "Zone Alarm Toolbar", "HP Smart Web Printing", "Skype", ".NET Framework Assistant" or "McAfee Site Advisor" please uninstall them: they're buggy and known to cause this problem.

Good luck and let me know

Thanks for the help. It was the Zone Alarm Toolbar that was causing the interference. It's strange though. I've been using zone alarm for maybe 5 years, and have the ZA toolbar installed on another computer running the same version of firefox and I don't have any problems. Maybe it's a Windows 7 thing? No problems with Vista or XP.

In any case, thanks again for the help. :)
