Hi,
I installed FlashGot, but I'm unable to download a video. I would like to know if I need to add .flv as a file extension by opening FlashGot Options> More Options> Downloads> File Extensions to make it possible to download a flash video. If so, how can I do this when the ADD button is grayed out? I made sure the File Extensions buttong was checked, and then typed .flv into the box below it, but the ADD button can't be clicked because it's gray. Can anyone advise me?
Thanks.
Dawna

If you wanted to add FLV, you would add "flv" (no dot).
But that won't help. Adding an extension is only to limit (or filter) your results.

You should type just "flv" (without the leading dot).
However, the proper way to download videos with FlashGot is using its FlashGot Media feature.
