NS 2.0.7 appears to cause Fx 3.6.12 to fail during startup

Linux 2.6.33 (Slackware 13.1)
Firefox 3.6.12
Currently using NS 2.0.5.1

Last night, after upgrading to NS 2.0.7 Fx would not start (and no messages were displayed when starting it from an xterm). I backup my entire profile daily, so I was able to revert back to the previous days profile (which used NS 2.0.5.1) and Fx started without any issues. This morning I allowed NS to upgrade to 2.0.7 again and I had the same issue the next time I tried to start Fx. The upgrade to 2.0.7 appears to complete successfully and I don't see any issues as long as I keep Fx open, but the first time I close the browser and attempt to open it again is when start up failure occurs.

Installed add-ons:
Adblock Plus
Beef Taco
BetterPrivacy
Greasemonkey
NoScript
Speed Dial

What's your home page?
Does a clean profile with just NoScript work?
If it does, could you try Standard Diagnostic on your regular profile to see whether there's an extensions conflict?

Thanks Giorgio, after further research the start up issue appears to be caused by Greasemonkey (this GM version has been installed for about 4 months, so not sure why it's causing issues now).

1. I deleted my profile and then started adding the add-ons one-by-one (NS first) and it failed to restart after I installed Greasemonkey.
2. I deleted my profile and then just added NS 2.0.7 and Fx started without issue.
3. I deleted my profile and then just added Greasemonkey and Fx would not start.

I've disabled Greasemonkey and I'll let NS upgrade to 2.0.7.
