Newly if I use Save As from feed to download the development versions it saves a xxx.part.htm file instead of the xpi file.

It was a mirror sync problem, it should be fixed now.

Now it works and works not - just randomly.

It should work always.
Could you clear your cache and try again?

I DID clear the cache when I tried downloads. Now again it's the same, it doesn't work always. If it didn't work, cache shows xxx.informaction.com/catalog
