noaa page won't work even with global allow

Since installing noScript 2.0.5.1, I am unable to get anything to display when I go to the following noaa page. It is a page that auto-updates every one or five minutes (user choice). Though I have the noScript audio cue active, I do not get it when I try to open this page, so I assume there are none.

http://w1.spc.woc.noaa.gov/exper/mesoan ... ?sector=20#

even with global allow nothing shows up. I have noaa.gov on the whitelist. Other noaa pages, such as radar, work fine with noScript.

Seems to be a noaa server problem at the moment. The site doesn't come up even in a test profile that has no extensions installed at all. Firefox error message is
"The connection has timed out
The server at w1.spc.woc.noaa.gov is taking too long to respond."

According to http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/, the site is down for everyone, not just you and me.
