Firefox 4.0b7 just got rid of the status bar

With no status bar, you'll need to put the noscript icon somewhere else.

- You can put it wherever you want by right-clicking any toolbar and using the Customize command
- You can enable the add-ons bar from the View menu, you'll find NoScript there by default
- Future Firefox beta(s) will automatically show the add-ons bar as long as any extension is added to it.

Mozilla is now in a race with Apple, Google and Microsoft to dumb down the browser UI. Fearing justifiably that the big boys are prepared to go full retard, Mozilla is determined not to be left behind.
status bar Loading progress messages - might confuse the "average" user
feed indicator icon - "average" users don't need to know about feeds
more surprises in the works, not doubt
