Domain names with special language characters was introduced a while back. Had a small issue with one today, so I thought I should report:
I just visited this site
a) http://www.fetemoteklær.no
which in turn is redirected to, or rather read by the browser as
b) http://www.xn--fetemoteklr-j9a.no
This site has a slideshow on the frontpage so I chose "temporarily allow all this page", but Noscript then whitelists only version b) so the flash coming from url a) will still not be displayed. If I use the permanently allow-option (displays as domain a), it works fine. Thanks for a really nice addon.

Re: Domain names with international characters
I believe b is how the domain is handled in the background everywhere, a is just for nicely displaying it, but security-sensitive software might still display it as b to prevent spoofing attacks using similar looking characters (e.g. Latin 'c' and Cyrillic 'с')
