temporarily allow page
when trying to use temporarily allow this page why do you have to temporarily allow this page up to five times before the page is finally allowed

It depends on the page.
"Temporarily allow all on this page" allows scripts which have already been attempted to load, and you can already see in the menu as "Allow ..." items.
Unfortunately, some scripts, once allowed, load other scripts from different and not seen yet sources, so you may need another round.
However, this behavior (allowing only what you can see in the menu) is much safer, because you don't end allowing anything by accident as a "surprise".
