Firefox 3.6.12 with Noscript 2.0.4 blocking css on Google Webmasters.

See if it may not be for the same reason as, Proven: NoScript hosed site use in FirFox.

I found same problem, my google webmaster page display vertically, how to fix this??

It's a Google bug.
They (Google) have been alerted and are working to fix it. Work-around included at the above link.
