[INVALID] Mouse disappears when near noscript icon.

I'm having a little problem and I can't figure out why it's happening. Whenever I bring my mouse close to the noscript icon in the bottom right of firefox (3.6.10) the mouse will become invisible until I stop moving it. As in: when the mouse is in motion it's invisible, but when I stop moving it reappears again. I tried disabling the mouseover popup thingy, but toggling that doesn't seem to do anything. Noscript version I'm using is 2.0.3.3. It's making it really annoying to use the icon to change permissions whenever I go to new pages.

I can't remember exactly when this started happening since I only get to use my desktop on weekends and offdays, but I think it may have been 2 weeks ago?

Update to NoScript 2.0.3.4
http://noscript.net/getit
Does that help?

Installed and restarted, but the problem still persists. The numbers for my version of noscript still remains at 2.0.3.3 however; I'm 100% positive the install went through properly though.

Sorry. You need to click on direct download link for NoScript 2.0.3.4 on that page to get 2.0.3.4. You may get a yellow notification bar at the top of the page. Click the Allow button after verifying that the notification bar says it's from noscript.net (or forums.informaction.com if you just clicked on the link I posted right here.)

I'm unable to reproduce your problem with either 2.0.3.3 or 2.0.3.4. Most likely its caused by some interaction with another extension or theme. Go through these troubleshooting steps:

- If you have any Firefox extensions called HP Smart Web Printing, Skype, .NET Framework Assistant, or McAfee Site Advisor, then uninstall or disable them. They're buggy and known to cause problems with the status bar icon.

- There might be an extension conflict. Use the Add-ons manager to temporarily disable any other Firefox extensions you have installed, except for NoScript.

- Perform a Standard Diagnostic. If NoScript isn't working by the time you get to the "Create a new profile" step, a new profile with no other extensions besides NoScript should work right.

Hope this helps. Please let us know whether it does.

Well, I went all the way until the create a new profile step and it seemed like it was fixed- until I moved firefox back to my second monitor where it started happening again. From this I did a bit more testing and it seems noscript isn't the culprit here. Hell, it doesn't even look like firefox is involved..

Thanks for the help. Time to google for a few hours until I find out why windows or my video card is being so lame.
