Can NoScript do anything about this??

there is this website that somebody has apparently exploited and they have been able to post unlimited number of reviews down the page, which makes it unlimitedly large.
when a user tries to visit, unless they press the stop button in a few seconds, the page will get extremely big until the browser crashes or becomes non-responsive depending on system resources.
is it possible to add a feature to NoScript to put a reasonable cap on how big can the average page get, without an explicit permission from user??
here visit for urself: (i'd recommend u press the stop button in a couple seconds before u have to end firefox or somethin)
