Firefox, NoScript and Google: Epic Throwdown

Hi all;
So, I have Firefox 3.6.1, running on a Mac, with NoScript installed. Obnoxiously, for a while now (it happened after an update to NoScript, I believe, but am not sure which one), I can go to my Gmail account just fine, but when I try to get to anything else, such as Calender or Documents, Google bounces me with the message that I need to empty my cookies or cache. I've done so. I have google okay'd in NoScript, and this behavior continues even when I allow all top level sites to go through. However, when I disable NoScript, everything works just fine. So, what in NoScript is doing this, and how can I make it stop?
Thanks;
Kate
