hello
all downloads from the adobe.com downloadsite doesn't work!
example: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/ ... ftpID=4852 -> button "proceed to download"
it seems that it will start the download (i guess so, something is happening), but there is no "Speed Download 5.2.20"-window coming up.
speed download is my default downloadmanager.
all other website are ok (no script and adblock plus deactivated for the adobe.website)
im on a mac pro 1,1, mac os x 10.6.5, firefox 3.6.10
newest addons and all updates installed.
someone knows the "why"?
perhaps a bug?

You have to actually click that button, which takes you to another screen with a "Download Now" link that points to the Acrobat .dmg.
From there a left-click should bring up the FF download dialog, allowing you to select FlashGot.
Or an alt+left-click should send the link directly to your download manager.

Working on this end too.

Again working. Again you have to click the "Downloads V Author's Site" before actually getting to the download page itself.
FlashGot Options | Downloads -> File Extensions shouldn't matter?
Does Speed Download provide any log of what or what is not happening, or isn't it getting that far?
If not, how about flashgot.fgt.done (or similar, flashgot.fgt.*). What does that show?
If you bypass FlashGot altogether, can you download with FF directly?
If you use Safari, can you download?
