how to use HTTPS cookie?what web site suppt HTTPS cookie?

i use .google.com/* on google.com,but some google cookie still not encrypted.why is that?

The secure flag is about allowing cookies over a an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only.
NoScript gives you the ability to have all cookies coming from certain hosts to have this flag.
The Error Console give you an insight when a cookie gets this flag forced onto because of NoScript.
