Cannot submit art to Deviant Art

Post by Redcoyote »

I have had one heck of a time getting NoScript to work with Deviant Art. Basically, the site has virtually no functionality unless I tell NoScript to temporarily allow all of the page, in which case functionality returns sans the ads (which is good since the ads on that site are bugged to hell with viruses).

However, this command in and of itself doesn't seem to allow me to submit art to the website. I tell it to temporarily allow the page, but I get a message saying that there is some sort of firewall or ad-blocker preventing the site from getting downloads from me. Does anyone have any clue how I can get past this?

For extra reference, here is a list of blocked sites that NoScript pulls up upon logging onto Deviant Art:
google-analytics.com
crwdcntrl.net
deviantart.net
googleadservices.com
quantserve.com
deviantart.com

Just so you all know, in the past when I've told NoScript to allow Deviantart.com and .net, this hasn't changed the errors in functionality (missing buttons to the website, unable to fullview things, unable to read comments and messages, etc.)

In trying to replicate the error, I've figured out a solution. Whenever I surfed on Deviantart previously, clicking "Temporarily Allow All of this Page" once enabled functionality across the site. In order to submit art, however, you have to tell NoScript to specifically temporarily allow the submission page. If you're already told it to temporarily allow, then you might have to revoke temporary permissions and then tell it to temporarily allow once more.
