Hi,
on the following website, the flash movie is displayed even though scripts are forbidden, and the tray icon says there are no objects to be blocked. So apparently the flash embed is not detected.

It's blocked for me (same Firefox version as you).
Maybe an extensions conflict? Could you try Standard Diagnostic?

I have tried to reproduce the behavior, but after the first restart it is fixed now. probably some extension settings got restored/fixed after re-enabling the extension. However, apparently not a noscript bug.
