Certain major video website servers are misconfigured such that flash video content beyond about 2 minutes worth gets blocked by quality firewalls for rule violations. For example, try watching video content from the following comedy central site, if you are behind a serious hardware firewall.
http://www.thedailyshow.com/

Can NoScript provide a workaround for the issue involved?

Guess that is a question to explain what a "serious hardware firewall" is?
