Ma1's heuristic spam-protection attempt prevents people with suspicious user agents from external posting links.

Nothing suspicious here:
Mozilla/5.0 (000000000; 0; 00000 000 00 0 0000; 00000; 0000000000) DDDDDDDDDDDDDD DDDDDDDDDDDDD
Heh. And without looking, I bet my own is going to be strange too:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b5pre) Gecko/20100821 AMAZON FIX YOUR UA NOT Firefox/3.0 SeaMonkey/2.1b1pre
Yep.

Is this better for a user agent? I use NetBarrier to block all information on my computer.
This really, really scared me. I thought I had become a victim of the DNS pre-binding attack.
What or who is "Ma1?"

If you're concerned about your privacy, blanking or modifying your user-agent, counter-intuitively, is a bad idea; apart from websites breaking or becoming suspicious of you (like Ma1's blog here), it makes it easier to
fingerprint you across the web. UA strings like that aren't exactly common, at least I've never encountered it.

Also, telling the bad guys exactly what security software and operating system you're using is never a good idea either.

Sorry, I just found out about the "fingerprinting issue". Also, I didn't mean to give away any security information.
