v2 "Land" attacks in wifi router firewall

it seems that v2 precipitates "Land" attacks in 3Com OfficeConnect ADSL wifi router firewall. I have 4 notebooks - HP Nx7300, NX6110 and 2 NC4200. The 3 that use Intel Pro Wireless seem to be susceptible. The Broadcom chipset one doesnt. I dont have a virus - One of my note books is a backup and never used and only gets updates from the standard sources ( this has the Intel chipset wifi ). I am a very careful internet user. Any way I have run various virus/malware scanners, resident and online and nothing. Immediately I install the v2 the attack starts and goes on for a few minutes and recurs hours later. When I uninstall it stops. So whats going on?. Any one else report this strange behaviour? :?:
