Is there a right/wrong way to revoke temp

Hi, I'm noticing in recent days that when I temp enable flash to watch a video that I'm getting a white flash on the screen when I temp enable. Just one or two flashes on the video.
I've not had this before, and am wondering if it's the way I either revoke temp permissions, or shutting the browser down to do same.
I'm wondering if I have possibly caused a corruption in either no script or adobe flash.
Here's the two ways I do to revoke temp.
I either revoke while video is playing, but normally it's finished or I stop the video first. Then I close the browser and run ccleaner.
The other way, is to not revoke but to just shut the browser and the video most often is finished, but not always. I also run ccleaner after this way as well.
Could I be causing corruption to noscript doing that either way?
I think I've been using noscript for about 2 years or a bit less than that.
I have version 2.0 since it was released.
Everything else seems fine.
Thanks for your help.
