SeaMonkey Search Shortcut

There's a shortcut in SeaMonkey, Ctrl+Shift+S that automatically brings up your search page when you hit it. Now, it brings up No Script options for that page, ie Forbid (url), Recently Blocked sites, Allow all scripts, etc. I'm guessing that No Script is taking over this shortcut. Is there any way of changing this back? I've been through No Script's options but didn't see anything there.
